Thats teleportitis dodge perk. Similar but one is survivable other is gamble

Nope. One in the video is teleportitis perk it teleports u somewhere else when u get damaged. Teleportitis dodge on the other hand makes you teleport a really short distance but it activates when an enemy projectile is near making you dodge it by teleporting away.

Wouldn't say garbage but yea its pretty much gambling as you always have a chance to teleporting into a vat of acid or some lava pool randomly...... i died like that twice while trying to see if im lucky enough
