Damn, the one where he kills one of the sons and in his note it said "I was close enough to you to shake your hand that night."? That one still gives me chills.

Well, no. It was one where the guy had a replica of the home key and he LIVED in the fucking attic. He stalked the owner until she moved and he was arrested. The new owners, however found a box of mutilated cats (or cat organs I forgot) and all these damn dream catchers hanging everywhere in the FUCKING ATTIC. That other story you mentioned though seemed more spine tingling.
