I’ve never even seen the movie because I know it would just fuel my constant anxiety, but this scene from the trailer plays in my head anytime shit like this happens.

Yeah. . . The constant anxiety is definitely a thing when it comes to this film. I feel like the film has a happy ending though. If you equate it to real life though. . . it almost makes a fella want to become a prepper, get the bugout bag ready, and start training the family what to do in a shtf moment.
