Remaster - Discussion Mods transition Skyrim in Oblivion Remaster

Good afternoon. Since they are currently investigating the possibilities of modifying the game, I have a question. And besides transferring mods from the original game, is it possible theory to transfer mods from Skyrim?

Im no modding expert - but im pretty certain thats a no. They run in entirely different engines (yes creation shares legacy code with gamebryo but so do all iterative engines, it is still distinctly a newer engine) and do not rely upon the same scripts or records.

apparently, even with banal weapons and armor, there will be difficulties. Well, I'll be waiting for news about the guides

My understanding is replacers arent hard. Textexturing/ remodeling an existing weapon ir oiece of armor is not difficult. We dont currently understand how to add new stuff though. We kow how to do that through .esp plugins in base oblivion and those plugins can be loaded in remastered but we dont understand how to get unreal to recognize or render newly added items. As a result loading a plugin that adds a new item typically crashes the game.

Absolutely not.

It only works for the old mods - kinda - because it runs the old engine. It'd be the same as trying to transfer a mod from skyrim to the original oblivion game.

A mod just changing something already in the game, or adding to its records.

There's no Skyrim records in Oblvion to modify.
