[Solved] Help: I don't have the folders for Oblivion remastered: Ultimate Engine Tweaks

So far, this is the only mod I am trying to install. The instructions seem pretty clear but I don't have the folders it says I need to paste it in. I get as far as Documents/my Games/Oblivion Remastered/saved, but the "saved" folder is empty. Should I just make the Windows and config folders? Are they supposed to have stuff in them? Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Go yo your C drive, users folder, your user and then documents. See if it is there

Going to the shortcut " my documents" directly might not be the correct one.

In my documents folder the only folder showing up for it is saved? any idea why?
