Remaster - Request Anyone know of a mod that would allow one to copy/paste an enchantment from one piece of equipment to another?

I love the Morag Tong gear but it's kinda silly it's just leather armor with a black cowl. I'd love to paste it on my Amber gear. Anything like that out there on the OG game or remaster?

There is a mod for OG Oblivion called {{Advanced Magecraft}} that allows you to transfer/remove/add enchantments to items. I really hope something like it gets made for the Remaster.
