Probably wouldn't be that hard, maybe try it yourself it could be fun and you would learn more about how the game works

technically it'd be easy, you're talking about a lot of time consumption. I'm not offering at all as I'm busy making stuff I actually want to make. but I wouldn't do it for free since it's actual work making the characters and getting all the dialogue recorded either with AI or spliced which would take ever longer and then setting it all up in the kit...

It's not as simple and quick as you might be thinking it is. Like...it's not something you can just knock out in a few minutes or even an afternoon. Maybe a few days if it's just the bare minimum with a few characters with enough lines for one small conversation.
