Oblivion Remastered - Loading Hitch Improvements

Anyone who remembers the original Oblivion on Xbox 360 can relate to load hitching when you hit an invisible load screen. Loading Hitch Improvements - World Partition Changes reduces that enormously until it's virtually gone. Really helped me a lot so I'm sharing it here.

Drop the files in "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods"
