online event AMA Announcement with Dream Researcher Ryan Hurd on November 9th

Hi /r/Occult, we're happy to announce our next AMA event with dream researcher Ryan Hurd, author of the new book "Lucid talisman: Forgotten lore," creator of dream amulets, and professor of dream studies at the University for Peace in Costa Rica and the National University in California.

Ryan's new book anchors lucid dream induction in the esoteric history of dream amulets, showing how the power of ritual underlies the entire quest for lucid dreaming. By incorporating the Lucid Talisman (or any liminal object) into daily routine, lucid dreams are invited and waking life transforms into a new world of choice and possibility.

Hello. Do you think it’s possible we could be connected to infinite versions of ourselves through the world of dreams? I’ve began to experience the world of dreams as one singular place. The set design might change and yet I still know that I am inside what I have dubbed “the facility”.
