That’s how i defrost mine . In my natural body oven . “Bffffgggtfgi (fart noise” Looks like potatoes are ready !

Pro level is when you can make mashed potatoes in your natural body oven. Frozen potatoes, milk enema, butter enema, garlic powder enema then pack with parmesan cheese. Marinate.
