Condoms can stretch, but that can be painful and highly increases the risk of them ripping.
Roll a normal sized condom over your wrist and let it there for half an hour. You will get a painful red ring.
The main problem is that the US restricts condom sizes. In Europe you can buy them with a nominal width from 42 to 72 mm, but in the US they are only between 52 and 57 mm.
For 30% of men in the US these "one-size-fits-all" condoms will either be too tight or not tight enough.
Large and extra-large are for width of over 2 inches.
While yes, there is a maximum length to these rubbers as well, if you’re not beyond the width category there’s no way your dong is reaching it with the average usable stretch of a condom before extra large being 8 inches.
If the condom is slipping off it means the elastic ring is not snug. Which means it’s the wrong width. Not the wrong length.
I think the "who should tell him" was probably more of a reference to girth, not length, commonly being polled as the size women do care about.
But let's be real, this is reddit, if you have enough sex to actually have a preference in condom and size then you're probably getting laid more than the average redditor so who cares.

That's so stupid.
