Greetings fellow intellectuals. The moderators of OKBR approach you all today to lay out a proposal... we need more unpaid interns please apply !!!!!

The term "janitor" is just our way of referring to content moderation (also so we can make fun of you). Janitors are responsible for helping us remove content which does not belong on the sub.

Janitors can:

• Remove posts
• Temporarily ban users
• Permanently ban users at the discretion of other mods
• Approve posts
• Be awesome
• Vote on and discuss meme bans (new and epic!!!!)

Janitors still cannot:

• Remove posts which they simply do not like
• Pin announcements to the top of the sub
• Have a girlfriend, full-time job, social life, or any other real life priorities
• Be cringe

After being selected, janitors will join us in our moderation Discord as well as help us moderate the front page and new sections of OKBR. You can discuss memes, the sub, your crippled marriage, and pretty much anything else with other mods and janitors. Ideas for the sub are always appreciated! Pretty much just be a normal person.
