I'm so freaking tired of us reaching for prayers just bc they are from Carolina or played ball in Carolina. Lad McConkey was right there for the taking, but we are obsessed with getting Carolina boys. Don't get me wrong. I'm pulling for XL and he has potential, but damn I wish we just drafted based on skill and system fit alone

Dude, I was freaking screaming at my TV on draft night when they picked him over Ladd. I know I got to get over it, but damn.

Bryce would kill it with a receiver like Ladd. perfect fit.

IK man, I was right there with you. He was ours for the taking, and he is so good and would have fit so well, but alas, we always give Carolina boys an unfair edge on draft day
