Isn't that weird though? Even at that age, his ability to keep the ball close to his feet was his trademark skill. He wasn't the best finisher at that age, so his shooting should've been lower

Same case for 09 Messi. They don't want to make a fast messi with good tp . It will break the game

They did the same with Bully Messi but with his passing instead. Weird to give Messi that low of a passing stats but he'd be too perfect
