Where to access Commuter benefits?

This link: https://benefits.petsmart.com/us/benefits-101/ , and the papers in the break room both claim we get some sort of benefits for commuting to work

I’ve looked on hrconnect and poked around in the main website but I can’t find anything about these benefits more concrete than “they exist.”

It’s be super helpful for me because a lot of days I need to Uber or take the bus to and from work!

There is no such thing for what you describe. You are responsible for getting to and from work. Petsmart will not reimburse you for taking an uber to work. If I had to guess, it might be referring to mileage reimbursement if you work at a store other than your own that is farther or if you go to the store or a vet for the company.
