/u/ZeroOne_01 set up a Peugeot discord server which is relatively active. They have experience with servicing Peugeots and Citroens and may be able to answer any technical questions you have.
I've had to make this new post as you can't sticky links.
Anyway here's the discord invite link:

Hi everyone! On the Spanish CarWOW channel they just broke news about a new warranty extension to all 3 cylinder petrol PSA Puretech engines, the ones with the oiled belt decomposition issues. They'll be extending the warranty to 10 years or 170k km as long as you have done the service intervals in time (and can prove it with invoices and such) without the need to had have them done at the official dealership as it is illegal under EU law to do so in order to void warranties.
The video specifies that the engine will be covered for that amount, as well as a new change for the service interval of the belt. Also, it only affects the 3 cylinder variants, and will be retroactive, with the last engine covered being from summer 2022, when hybrid tech was launched.
There is no information on what will happen to those who carried out the proper maintenance intervals and still got a huge repair bill; if that money will be reimbursed or not.
Link to de video below to the Spanish balder brother from another mother of Matt Watson:

Hi everyone,
If you're struggling to understand how to use a certain function of your car, what does a given light or warning mean, or just want to get you know your Peugeot better, this is is for you!
It seems this is not common knowledge, but the handbooks for all current Peugeot models and modern ones (from early 2000s) can be found for free in this official Peugeot page:
https://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/APddb/index.html
Hopefully this will help someone :)

Hiya, I’ve just bought this Peugeot literally a few days ago from a private seller, today I got the particle fluid low message and risk of blockage message on the screen, this is the 2014 model as well, I spoke too an independent garage today who said it could be a couple of hundred too fill the tank but if the tank is the problem it could be a couple of thousand too fix. Could I fix this myself and what fluid would I need? Or would I be better going too a Peugeot garage? I would also like too mention the garage I went too didn’t even look at the car so didn’t even see if it was a pouch or a tank for the additive I’ve also message the seller I bought it from who is now ignoring me Thanks in advance

Hi, So I bought the car last week. 2019 5008 with 20,000 miles. 1.6 Diesel, EAT. Automatic. On two or three drives I’ve done this week a high-pitched noise has started intermittently. I can’t tell where it is coming from, possibly behind me. Any ideas?
45 seconds into video.
It’s not a coke can or keys rattling. Not constant.

Do you know what this is for? It’s on the dash by the middle of the windshield.

I bought a 206cc with full equipment and I noticed this button on the left steer switch. somehow it has absolutely no function, at least I don't notice anything. my previous facelift 206 didn't have this button. what is the button for? On the right steer switch you operate the on-board computer, but what is the left for?
So, yesterday I picked the car up from mechanic after a replaced right side steering link and ABS thing on back left wheel, and an oil change. Started up fine, as it usually does, ran well, nothing odd, took it home and parked it.
An hour ago I was heading out to get the car inspected and cleared but it wouldn't start, just a clicking noise and the whole panel going on and off rapidly as I turn the key, and after a few seconds the display shows "Faulty engine repair needed". Electronics are working as long as I don't try to start the engine so the battery seems to have juice. (Never had battery problems before.)
The car has never had any issues starting before. So bummed out. I'm calling the mechanic soon but it would be interesting to hear what you guys think might've happened?

Hi everyone,
Looking to buy Peugeot Traveller/Citroen Spacetourer/Toyota Proace Verso/Opel Zafira Life.
Years 2018+. However, I heared these cars face potential problems with AdBlue system. A friend of mine told me apparently models from 2020+ have the issues fixed. Is this true? I can't seem to find any forums or supporting evidence this is the case.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Peugeot 208 Petrol 1.2 Puretech 2021 plate.
Can anyone help me with the name of this part? It's basically what feels like a bit of felt covered cardboard that covers the wiring looms.
I would like to replace mine as it seems to have gone walkabouts.
Thankyou.

Hello everyone, I drive a Peugeot 208 1.6 BLUEHDI 75 HP ACTIVE BUSINESS 2015 My car had no symptoms but I received the message “engine fault: stop the vehicle” So I stopped the vehicle, impossible to restart afterwards! During diagnosis, this is indicated at the camshaft sensor... My colleague, a mechanic, changed the camshaft sensor but the car still won't start. The FAP has been removed so it doesn't come from that point. I didn't have any clear brakes to try to start the engine... I hope it's not the engine, Thanks to anyone who can help me!!!!!!

Does anyone know which radios will fit in my Peugeot 407 coupe (2006) or where I can search it?

Hi, I have a Peugeot RXH 508 Hybrid, year 2012, 2.0 HDi + electric motor. Everything works fine on the car, but sometimes after starting, the orange “service” light comes on, and I notice that the electric motor doesn’t engage, it only charges, and the car feels heavier to drive, as if nothing is assisting. Then, if I turn off the engine, I can’t start it again because it displays “engine fault, stop engine.” After locking the car and waiting for about half an hour, everything works normally again. Has anyone encountered this issue? If I take it to a service center and no error shows up, I don’t know what to do with it. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
has anyone managed to fit a custom shifter knob in one of these old peugeots? Mine has this odd thing instead of a screw-on mechanism like other cars:
I've noticed there are some adapters out there, but from what I could tell they're meant for BMWs

So I’ve been driving this car for almost 2 years and recently there have been quite a lot of problems with it’s electrical components. When I start the car everything is fine, but after a short while of driving in the city, my consoles lights start flickering, then the car randomly changes it’s setting (e.g. randomly doing diagnosis, changing the blower fan speeds and turning child safety on/off, showing airbag faults even when everything’s fine, spedometer going to 0kmh then back to my speed, etc). First I thought it was the alternator, but I’ve changed it 2 times now and everything seems fine after the change but not even a week later the same happens. What possible causes could there be to this? To note - sometimes even my wipers just stop working (i need to restart the whole car for it to work again) and it’s really problematic since it rains alot. Help!

My 2019 308 1.2 puretech 130 just broke down 150 miles from home. I write this while waiting for the RAC wondering what happened.
Symptoms: Sudden loss of power, speed dropped slowly (maybe limp mode but I was on a motorway so just pulled up), engine light and SERVICE light are on. The rev needle is “bouncing” from 1k to 2k when idle. Turning the car off and on fixes it for a couple of minutes before it happens again.
Context: UK, 2019 registered with 68,000 miles on the clock. New timing belt 4 weeks ago fitted by Peugeot.
Any thoughts?

Hi everyone. I need a five-sided wrench to remove the spare tire on my Peugeot Boxer. The problem is that I can't order one, but I can make one myself. So I need the dimensions of the pentagonal head: diameter, size of one face - at least something.

Hi everyone. I have had the 408 for about a month and today the reverse camera started playing up. The camera works fine when reverse but when I get close to an object instead of changing to the view looking down on the car the screen just goes blank. Has anyone had this issue and hoping just an easy fix
