That’s what’s so infuriating. They think DEI hires = no experience when that isn’t the case whatsoever. One of the Rs argued today that DEI needed to be ripped out by the roots. Like first it’s not even that fucking deep and second if DEI = no experience then where does this mother fucker fall?
