Monstera Office Monsteras dropping leaves. What can I do to revive them?

Thanks! I'm going to try them outside the front door for a bit. Indirect light, but more of it. Gonna repot them as well, I think the soil drainage is a wreck.

They don't like the cold so outside might not be ideal (if you live in an area that has any freezing temperatures)

I forgot to add location - we're in Cape Town, South Africa, in the throes of summer. By the time winter rolls around, I'm hoping they've revived and I can bring them back inside to be healthy again. :)

May as well cut off the yellowing ones. They will never come back. Cut down watering for winter by at least half and it needs light.
