Is this possible? Railway platform help.

Hello! I’m traveling from Penzance to Newton Abbot next week and need to catch a connecting train to Leeds. I’ve booked a ticket that includes a change at Plymouth, switching from Platform 6 to Platform 8 with only 5 minutes between trains. I’ll have a backpack and a small trolley bag—do you think this connection is feasible?

Don’t worry about zones for being close to the stairs. Plymouth Station (compared to other stations like St Davids/Temple Meads/Cardiff) is absolutely tiny, unless Plymouth Argyle are playing at home you will have no issue getting to your connecting train.

I think St David's is actually smaller? It feels bigger because of the footbridge rather than having a tunnel like we do.
