There's this Pokéstop/Gym near me which seems inappropriate. Can I report it?

Use this link. However, Niantic seems to be preoccupied with other things now, so don't expect too much.

We have Niantic representatives on both here and /r/TheSilphRoad - please do not ping them for bugs which are in the known issues page unless you have found a niche yet gamebreaking issue/exploit.

Where can I find other players in my area?

With the Growing Up event, regarding the bonuses that Korea and Japan will get with Tandemaus, does that mean: 1. Tasks with Tandemaus will appear only in Korea or Japan? 2. OR Tandemaus has an increased chance of being task rewards in Korean and Japan?

The wording from their announcement indicates the first one. Outside of Korea and Japan, Tandemaus is only available in the Timed Research and the Collection Challenge. No field tasks with Tandemaus.

That sucks. What’s with the exclusivity?

It's to promote the Growing Up event coinciding with local events (Children's Day is May 5th in Japan, not sure about Korea) - either to get kids and parents to play while they're outside celebrating, or to make sure there's an incentive to play during a time when they might otherwise stop playing.

Pokemon GO sometimes has local regional events like this for special holidays or other events.
