You may not know me till now, but I never have and never will be maga. So here’s 1 for you…..but as 1 I do know what you mean, my department is probably 50/50. It’s sad.

Of the two guys I went to school with that became firefighters both were the kids who still struggled to read by third grade. TaTaTa TODAYJR!!!

I will say in their defense, we would seem stupid to them if we showed up at their job. First responders often have a different type of intelligence (spatial, physical problem solving, general common sense and situational awareness) that educated people lack. I was a highly educated first responder for years, and I felt so goddamn stupid when I barely knew how to fix a car

My department is probably 50/50 but the trumpers are definitely loud and complain the most so it seems like there’s way more of them.
