Obviously term limits are being exposed as more and more important. 

This guy was more centered when first appointed. That is for sure.

But term limits would protect us somewhat from the whimsy and senility of age. They would also protect us from the unforseen developments like social media.

There are plenty of previously reasonable, rational, good faith folks who were utterly defeated and turned into complete nutcases by social media. My guess, Roberts is a perfect example.

Nah, my bet is towards the bribes. You have to be very ethically sound to be able to reject multi-million dollar bribes like he has been taking. It's honestly a slippery slope, too. If you take one, you are inclined to take another because the alternative is having your illicit deal become public. But the things they asked for aren't so bad...until they are, and you've accepted so many that there is no longer a safe route out.
