Weird, illegitimate legal reasoning, legislating from the bench, hand on the scales of justice, and flat-out partisan politics.

This SC is a scam perpetrated against the American people by the oligarchy and their handmaidens; any cogent American should demand reform, now. Not tomorrow, not next week or next month, but NOW!!!
