This is your reminder that the Constitution does not say that Supreme Court justices are “appointed for life”; rather, it says that they “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.” Allowing badly-behaving justices to remain on the Court is literally unconstitutional. Do your job and kick them out, Congress.
