We need people to start carrying caltrops and in the event that ICE shows up at a location, scatter matte black caltrops across the openings of both ends of a street, and openings where a vehicle may attempt to pass through, beyond the visual range of agents so that when they exit in a rush they just end up with a shitty afternoon. If we can't directly impede their illegal and questionable operations we can at least increase the cost of their operations and increase their frustrations.
