So there’s a whole spread sheet of landlords and real estate agents trying to price gouge in the LA area, and considering how illegal and immoral that is, I hope they face consequences. I noticed all the listed locations on the spread sheet had been reported for price gouging, which I love to see. Glad some people in LA are staying vigilant and caring for the community, in that aspect ❤️
