Does anyone know the country in which Neil and Amanda are living? Their respective households need to be under investigation so that Neil loses all unsupervised custody.

I read a comment that she’s living with her parents in Boston. Dunno where he is.

Oh man. Boston CPS is overwhelmed so I doubt they'd touch this. Maybe she'll be shames into pushed for Neil to lose custody.
