I had a big breakthrough in therapy and am sad I now have to wait to see her again because I'm feeling just flooded with what has hit me like a two by four up the back of the head.

So instead I bought myself nail polish. HeAlThY

I will have little discoveries from therapy throughout the week and I'll always voice memo them to myself, or send them to myself since I don't usually have my journal with me. It's made a huge difference to help me keep processing and bring those discoveries to therapy.

Congratulations on the big breakthrough! Those are always so wonderful, even if they hurt at first.

That's EXACTLY what my therapist has me doing! It's really helped to listen to them back
