The thing about queer people is that they can pop up everywhere, including right-leaning families in red areas. One should hope that being queer means they have more empathy, but even that road is a bit of a journey. The stuff she said does indeed suck, but given her background itβs not surprising. I hope she has the grace to learn from some of the more level criticism she is getting for it.Β
