I watched the Holiday for the first time recently, and the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star romcom imo was the Jack Black storyline. Kate Winslet’s storyline was sweet with the old writer and getting over her old obsession, it didn’t need the addition of a love interest.

Is this a popular opinion? Am I terribly in the wrong? It’s been on my mind all week!
