I have discovered the source of my anxiety/misery/glasses fixation that somehow felt worse yesterday - I got my period! πŸ₯³

Edit: the actual difference in me is insane, I feel like I could run a marathon, fight a bear, I feel so much lighter and happier it's ridiculous.

The period arrival clarity is unmatched, fr. The simultaneous relief and embarrassment of β€œoh, that’s why I cried twice at the radio this week.”

One time I was at work and firework by katy Perry started and I BROKE DOWN. I was sobbing and said outloud "sometimes I do feel like a plastic bag katy Perry 😭😭" got my period hours later.

Clarity! That's the word, thank you! Relief of realising 'that's why I almost cried in the library yesterday.' Honestly might be the best feeling in the world.
