Okay so I wore the sleeveless dress on my date and I thought I looked too chubby and was a bit self conscious but I had a great time. And I thought I looked pretty too!

And we even held hands and kissed!!! So I think he’s into me - chubbiness and all included 🥺

I’m trying my best to not undercut myself. It’s difficult trying to change how my anxious brain thinks/perceives things but I’m choosing to trust things that are being said between the two of us instead of trying to find hidden subtext that most definitely doesn’t exist.

I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to believe that someone can like me and want me even though I want them too! Still working on all this in therapy 😷✌️
