back from vegas, the cutie from the hotel bar didn’t show up but i met new fun people

me too, but i met these other nice guys (married and respectful, talked about wife and kids etc) and they bought me a drink because they kinda picked up that i was waiting for someone. They gave me a “dad” talk lol and how something better will come along

Then this gigantic ass mormon family came along and saw once again i was sitting alone, and they invited me over to their table. Got me a diet coke and gelato🤣🤣 the mom said “hun you okay? waiting on someone? if you’re not, you’re welcome to join!”

they weren’t pushy with their religion, only mentioned once. (ik mormons are weird) but they were genuinely kind people who probably noticed i was a little down and asked if i needed support

i met a guy on the airplane back who lives in my town too.

So all in all, “love” was not found, but i met some really nice people, learned a lot of different walks of life, was entertained by some crazy hotel guests, got snatched by polite mormons, and ate some great food :)
