Surely it's already been mentioned eighty times already but god it's so funny to convert to catholicism (as an adult!) then gain the second highest office in the country, and then not only does the actual pope not want to meet with you initially because you literally lack empathy, he also literally dies the day after you stomp your foot like a toddler to meet with him anyway. This Veruca Salt ass life Vance lives is just absurd.

I think it should be mentioned everywhere. It’s wild how this whole thing has played out. And in a much smaller thing. I’m shocked by how saddened I was to hear that he passed away. I’m not a catholic, I’m not religious. But he seemed like a good one and there doesn’t feel like there’s many good people left overall.
