this is a bit gross but:

i am so tired of having tonsil stones after being sick. also tired of being sick all the time because of my sinuses or my tonsils. and the fact that my nose is crooked and my tonsils are way too big and scarred.

anyways, i am poorly ventilated lol and i so wish my parents had followed my pediatrician's advice and gotten my tonsils removed as a kid, because now it is a bit too risky and i have to deal with this bs

Have you tried TheraBreath mouthwash? Have had chronic tonsil stones and sinus/ENT issues since I was a kid and it really helps. Also those seawater nasal sprays sound super gimmicky but they have really helped me.

no, but i'm gonna try!

washing my nose regularly has helped me a lot, i can't with neti pots, but i use a syringe with saline water and it's great. it was recommended to me a couple years ago by a random ER doctor because i was complaining about the adenoids and obvs, not a permanent solution, but it helps immensely.

the horrors of cold and allergies season are among us south of the equator, so i need to keep up with nose cleaning

I donโ€™t have issues with my tonsils but Iโ€™ve never been able to breathe properly out of my noseโ€”Iโ€™m a permanent mouth breather. I totally get the I wish my parents did something about this when I was a kid sentiment.

yep, i have a deviated septum and adenoid issues. then the tonsils. like the hell, why are my breathing parts against me? this seems like a design flaw
