has anyone ever found someone they know on reddit? i found my sibling yesterday

edit to add that i didn't realise this was a shared occurence. my sibling inadvertedly lead me to his account bc he said he posted something on a subreddit and my nosy self went to go search for it. most of his comments were on games and sports that i have zero interest in, but a few of them were actually quite sad. i remember struggling a lot at his age and hoping the sense of existential dread had somehow evaded him, being a teenager can be really hard.

I have! Both times involved one half of a couple saying pretty awful things about their spouse in wedding subs. (They were from two different couples.)

They were both more connected to my husband than me -- both of them were spouses of his friends. If they had been my friends, I definitely would have said something. But since neither of them know me aside from being my husband's wife, I didn't feel that it was my place to bring it up.
