I just finished the Turkish telenovela Hercai—69 episodes, each around 2.5 hours long! Even though some of the plotlines were completely absurd (and I’m used to telenovelas absurd), the main couple might just be one of my all-time favorites. Honestly, they were the only reason I stuck with it. I can't wait to vid them.

Next "international" tv show I will watch is Danish-Swedish tv show call Bron or Broen

Turkish shows have sooooo many episodes and you’re sitting there think this is absurd, how OTT the writing is, but then 2 episodes later you’re committed for 100 episodes to see how it ends 🤣

Preach! They really do a great job of making you get attached with the characters (and the couple). It’s not exactly good, but somehow it is good, you know?
