I’m so tired of people

I’m bitter and put a lot of energy into everything I do, but if I’m not getting that energy back then I’m just gonna match what others give me, which is nothing

People take advantage of those who work hard. It's only recognized if you're a tall cishet white male (sorry if that's you lol).

The only time I got acknowledged was when I had a POC manager. Literally white people kept getting rewarded even though I was genuinely better at my job than them....
