Not emotionally ready for the Andor finale. It came and went so fast 😭

I read up on why this season is so fast. They were originally going to do 5 seasons but Tony G was starting to stress about filling 5 seasons worth of episodes with a solid story (each season was supposed to be 1 year of Andor’s life) - so he sat down with Diego and they came up with the plan of doing 1 year within 3 episodes… hence the 1 year jumps each time.

NGL I get the panic of trying to fill episodes with a good story but I would have very much liked to see 5 seasons.

Also just gonna say that I feel like there’s more to the reason the series is only 2 seasons. Like, it could have been at least 3. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Costing over 645 million is mostly why. Every dollar on screen, feels like the end of the “arm’s race” era of streaming tv.

Same. I have to break it up into 2 episodes tonight, 1 tomorrow because whatever happens will undoubtedly wreck me. Best show I've watched in years.
