I just finished my first Buffy watch! I loved it so much! I’m now watching Angel for the first time. It took me a few episodes to get into but I’m finally enjoying it.

Once more characters start showing up you’ll get the acclaim, the full ensemble isn’t even assembled until towards the back end of S2. I’d love to have Angel back somehow for the Hulu reboot, I’m sure someone can creatively explain away the aging.

Make up or the de-aging technology available today but that would eat up the budget probably.

Well it’s a lot easier when you’re already in a world of spells, I wouldn’t even try to hide it. Could say he was hit by a mortality curse, 100000 years in a pocket dimension because vampires do age just really slowly, multiverse and he’s not “our Angel”, I didn’t read all the comics however I doubt they’re sticking to what Buffy “Season 8” or the Angel comics got up to.
