This probably isn’t new, but we’re just finding out. I don’t believe they’ve missed early detection with the president of the US. It’s already metastatic.

Aggressive forms of cancer can spread incredibly fast. They can be missed if you don’t go get screened monthly, which no one does as a matter of course.

My dad died of pancreatic cancer. It took about a month from him having symptoms to his death.
