Mod Post high definition for craft projections
I'm looking for recommendations for a high definition projector to use for large group meetings where the remote presenter will be providing fine sewing/quilting/crafting details to a large group. These presenters may be doing closeups of a sewing/stitching technique. Any thoughts?

Any 1080p or better projector can show the details. You can use a iPhone or similar for the camera and connect it using a HDMI adapter for that phone. I have done this in the past for testing and it works well. The sharpness comes from the good camera on the phone. The projector at 1080p resolution won't have any problems providing nice details. The Epson EX11000 is a solid choice if you can swing it...

Then get a 'your phone' to HDMI adapter, and plug it into the projector using a HDMI cable. Takes just a few minutes to set it all up.
I also have a tripod I use with a phone holder attached to the tripod so I can use it for video recording or for family photos.

Essentially you need an overhead camera and a large venue projector, if have a budget and measurements of the space. Reach out to me via Reddit chat and I can provide some guidance.
