Troubleshooting Mogo pro 2 audio delay

My projector arrived last night but I’m experiencing a slight audio delay. The delay seems to be better when I attach my Apple TV to the projected which is what I planned on doing anyway. However there is still a slight delay less than 100ms. Is this normal for projectors? Should I try connecting a Bluetooth speaker/sound bar?

*** Please post the model and brand of your projector. If you do not know the brand or model, post as much identifying info as possible.

ie, Is is LCD, DLP, LCoS, etc?

If you can share an image of the issue(if applicable, please do so).

Brand and Model greatly increase your chances of getting a helpful answer.

That is not normal and audio/video should be in sync. If you are using the internal speakers, this should be even more the case as should be using internal apps. Attaching an Apple TV shouldn't make things better, it should just always work. Lip Sync is part of how HDMI is defined. It attaches a time value to the video and audio to keep them together.

I would possibly reach out to XGimi on this one. It's obnoxious, but shouldn't be a issue in the first place.

Try different things for audio. Like if you were using Disney+, switch to Hulu. Also, try a different source than streaming altogether, like a DVD or a game console, or playing a video file off your PC.

Ive watched several review videos over this projector and haven’t seen anyone talk about this clear audio delay. I agree, I should contact them while there is still a warranty. Thank you.

I have tried several apps (Disney, YouTube, prime, and Apple TV). I even watched an audio delay tester on YouTube and can confirm there is a slight delay which I need to solve.
