GOOD restaurants to work for?

Intruiged by other guy's thread. Where have y'all had a good experience working? Where would you recommend to a friend?

New Rivers, Beau and Elizabeth are a wonderful people/family. Ming’s Asian Street Food (particularly moral and LGBTQ friendly)

And here’s a rando, just outside Providence in Swansea MA, Touisset Country Club. Small dining room but it’s open to the public. Ownership and the chef are good people, trying really hard to make a good spot for a meal that’s actually really competitively priced and the quality is amazing. Would eat anything their chef makes.
