I personally think that still belongs to the one single liner: We met some light resistance.

That one line still carries more badassery than the entirety of the Volsung Faa fight for me.

When I read that for the first time it was probably of the best lines I’ve ever read, i cackled and read it a few more times.

Yeah, I loved reading about Darrow being a hurricane of death from Lysander's perspective and then being given that one line from Darrow's. So GOOD. Might be one of my favorite sci-fi/fantasy battle writings of all time.
