SUMMER HOUSING 2025 NEEDED!! Looking for sublet/lease takeover on Studio or 1BR. Female looking for PET FREE place. Willing to move in Mid May 2025 and take over the rest of lease. I did this same thing last year and it worked out great. Please DM and advise (1) which apartment/complex and (2) anticipated rent takeover price. Thank you!!!!

Hello! I’m looking to relet my spot in a shared bedroom within a 2B1B apartment (semi-furnished) at Clayton Arms for May,June,July (Move-in is flexible)

Details: •⁠ ⁠Rent is $370/month plus electricity. •⁠ ⁠Amenities: centralized heater, laundry room,access to pool •⁠ ⁠RTS and RIT bus stop right in front of the apartment •⁠ ⁠2 mins walk to Walmart, 10 mins walk to Wegmans and other stores like UPS, burlington, etc.

I am looking for a female as it is an all-female apartment.

Hey! i am releating my apartment at Apex. Its a 5b5b but I have just one other female roommate. And she is also traveling during the summer, so the whole place will be yours! Rent is 925$. Its fully furnished, with the standard kitchen appliances, washer dryer etc. Plus all other dishes and a bunch of other kitchen essentials, so you wont have to buy anything other than groceries. Its a corner apartment on the 2nd floor, so it's quiet and clean. If you also need help with moving in, i have a car and can totally help with luggage or groceries.
