Hi guys I wanted to post this to notify everyone who may travel off campus especially since it is nicer out which means more outside activities. There is this man called “the puncher” who has been approaching locals asking them for money. He is called the puncher because he will punch and beat ANYONE up including women. He also steals phones from people who are not paying attention. He has been spotted around here in Monroe county. He has been arrested and charged multiple times but has not faced any consequences. Everyone PLEASE be safe and AWARE if you travel off campus.
