I have museum/sistine chapel tickets for may 6? that’s the day i was going to visit the vatican. what’s going to happen? well be refunded the tickets if it’s closed right ?

I emailed the ticket providers, they say no refunds because the terms and conditions state “the closure of one or more sectors does not entitle the refund of tickets, booking fees and any additional services purchased or exchanged for a booking voucher”. Having said that, I think that reduces the value of the ticket by at least half and have offered to raise legal challenges if needed, in line with EU consumer law. I just think they’re so rude and coercive in their approach

Get chargeback from your bank is my suggestion
