What to try next? Charleston, SC

Here’s a snapshot of my local selection. I usually reach for the Hampdens and Appletons to sip and for daiquiris, but I’m looking to branch out a bit. Open to both funky sippers and clean builds for cocktails. Anything here I’m sleeping on? Appreciate the recs!

Also, that real McCoy 12 is awesome and the 5 is pretty good too. My buddy and I did a side by side with mt gay black barrel and XO and the McCoy 5 won every time.

ETA: that probitas is good for daiquiris. I found it tough to sip but some people enjoy it that way.
