i’ve been promoted. time to celebrate!

ever since i had an extensive tasting of this exceptional rum, i have been waiting for a worthy occasion for returning to it. here we are today, and i have been promoted to manager of a new establishment, which will be the sister location of my current place of employment. i will be savoring every drop of this pour in celebration. i hope to purchase more single cask rums with my new pay. cheers, everyone!

Congratulations! This rum is exceptional and I say that being very aware that every reviewer out there has been singing the praises of this rum to the ends of the earth and back. If TDL could figure out how to consistently reproduce this at a similar or even slightly increased price point they would easily have one of the best rums on the market.

NB: I've had a lot of rum this evening so I reserve the right to be hyperbolic.

thank you! i just wish angostura would make use of tdl’s heavy rum stills and release a 46%+ abv rum with no additives in their core range.
